Is it cheaper to buy a camera in Japan – if I am in Japan?
I will visit Japan for a week and wanted to buy a new camera Digital Camera for the trip. I have so I can not wait to have it, but I thought the update. I can be bought in the U.S. (Pentax Optio S7), or buy in Japan. Is it cheaper for me to buy in Japan because I did not deal with shipping? Alternatively, prices in the U.S. in the same? Thank you. Leon hi there might be less expensive here in Japan, but the instructions – and sometimes in the menu on the camera and the printed text in the body the camera – will be in Japanese. (This depends on where you go, if you buy a foreign duty free shop, where everything is in English, you must also pay more for convenience.).
