Is there something like a digital camera with super macro capability w / o having to buy additional lenses?

I want to know if there are cameras about $ 300 or less that are capable of doing really super macro / close up shots – really clear picture of having to buy additional lenses or separate? Want to super macro shot! but then get confused when it comes to having to buy additional lenses, determine the different parameters, so thanks!

I threw a look at the dpreview site and it is very difficult to determine whether any of these devices have a "macro" super abilities. There are advertisements from the nearest you can get a story, but this may depend on other factors, not the macro report. When you say "super macro", I suppose you want to get at least a factor of magnification of 1:2 (as many macro lenses for SLR cameras and DSLR) or maybe even a 1:1 ratio, where the size of the image on the sensor is exactly the same size as the subject. You may have to go to a camera store and "test" all the cameras they have in their price range. I did when I started searching for digital cameras. It was worth the time and gas to do it for me in any way.
